Everything we do has an impact on ourselves, other people or the wider environment. We consider how what we do — and the way we do it — affects those around us, and strive to make that impact positive.

However much experience we bring, we and those around us are always learning. Being respectful of that — and working towards better systems of learning — is an important part of our work.

We refuse to see our work as merely transactional. Every engagement is an opportunity to pass knowledge on — helping people and organisations reach their potential.

Reaching out & being accessible
Our work takes us all over Australia, but travel isn't always possible or affordable. We look for ways to be accessible to those in remote and regional Australia.

Look for opportunities to contribute
We're always on the lookout for ways to work with people and organisations beyond the usual consulting engagement — through pro-bono, voluntary or discounted arrangements.
Social responsibility
As part of our mission we undertake pro bono activities for organisations that work to make the world a better place. Some organisations — particularly those that are predominantly volunteer-run — don't have the resources to engage consultants, so we dedicate a percentage of our time each year to pro bono work and training to build their capacity and capability.
Environment
We're committed to maintaining a sustainable organisation — with an action plan covering water saving, responsible use of natural resources and smarter waste management. We measure the differences we're already making and monitor our progress to keep improving, for both people and the environment.
